is anyone else getting these horrid pallets? it looks like a simpleton with half a brain stem threw these together in 30 seconds. the amount this inconveniences our work is getting out of hand. it's one thing to break down pallets, but when you legitimately fear for your life doing so, you have a problem.
Yes we do, but when they do fall over, it tends to be the truck driver being careless and rushing when trying to unload the truck, or some moron from meat that dooesn't know how to use the power jack properly. This is for the perishables.
Is anyone else getting these pallets? ALL. THE. DAMN. TIME! I swear it seems like every other day for us, we get a pallet stacked to the ceiling or there is one that is freaking looking like a leaning tower about to land on somebody. Or my personal fave, when things have been stacked so high and then when one of the boxes that falls off. It's not something that is durable and sturdy that comes falling out all over the truck. Nope, it's our lovely little baby cakes that are smashed to smithereens. And so, have to get those re-ordered again, likely to have them to get smashed again on another truck. >_<
Mine have been decent lately. Still not aisle friendly but not falling over.
I had one last night that had pet food bags stacked like a wall of bricks(8' high) on the front side of the pallet. The rest of the pallet was toilet paper I think. It was wrapped good so it didn't fall over on me.
