Filed a harassment complaint against a co worker for repeated unwanted touching. I don't want to get into specifics as this was quite recently and someone might recognise me, but I want to know what happens next. My store management took the written complaint but I haven't heard anything back. What is the procedure in such cases and will the person be wrote up or???
They'll do or should do a thourough investigation. I would ask them how the investigation went and to keep you updated on its progress. Unwanted touching can be considered sexual harassment. If it continues get law involved if need be.
I more than likely have been fired. I only ask the person 3x to stop touching me. If not I get HR and management involved. If the continue I let MY fists return the favor

That's not right at all; your boss is creating a hostile work environment. I'd be more than happy to write a letter for you. If you've seen my recent threads, you'll understand what I mean lol.
