You need to update your password. It did that to me yesterday. I updated my password and it worked.

ive changed my password at work and it still wont let me into the site from home

You don't need to change your password for 'Great People' at work. You can change it from home. Click the forgot password and answer your security questions, then you can change it. You only need to change the websites you have to be at work to access, at your work.

actually the website says i cant access it from home, telling me i haft to do it from work and ive done it from work and it doesnt work

The password for Great People, ess.kroger.com and the RF handheld is all the same, and yes you do have to change it at work. You have to log into passport to change it.

seems to be Firefox is the trouble , i can access it from google chrome but not Firefox
