I am not-their TOS says Kroger can monitor posts and I don't want them doing that especially in my off hours on my home computer

I don't post to Yodel.  Some employees use it to gripe which is foolish.

I refuse to get a social media account like facebook too.

I don't use it. Not because I'm afraid of being monitored, but because any info you are able to get from others there will always be pro-Kroger for that very reason.

I'm on Yodel, but it wants my work place email and password in order to really do anything. So I never post on there.
