My first paycheck was a physical check, my last two checks were direct deposit. I was supposed to get a direct deposit last night but when I woke up this morning I didn't have anything deposited into my account. I checked my pay stub on express hr and it says for ACH NET CHKG the amount of 0.00. I haven't changed any information on my direct deposit and I'm confused because my last check was direct deositp with no problems. I even called my bank and they didn't see any Kroger payroll deposit pending. What should I do?
Sounds like someone in payroll didnt input your hours. It happens sometimes. It even happened to me. Once I was on a vacation and they never input my vacation as paid so I got a whopping zero dollars. I told management and payroll and 1 week went by. Then the 2nd week. I was getting frustrated and suggested they pull out my vacation pay directly from the safe untaxed.
By the third week I was paid and not a favorite of payroll for about a week or so.
