Can Atlanta division stores offer experience pay to CCs or Cashiers? How high can they go? I had 10 months of experience as a CC a few months that's back, and have a month of POS experience.
Kroger does offer experience pay, which is usually determined by the human resources manager at your store, however its usually for more experienced employees. 10 months will not be much if they give you any. If they do it will be just the $0.05 that you get after 6 months of service.
