I have worked for Kroger for 5 months and have no Personal, Sick etc time off pay built up. I have not missed a day or been late. I spoke with someone who has worked there 2 months and has already built up Time Off pay hours. That person has been late and called in several times in that 2 months. I feel I'm really getting screwed here. I have also heard minimum wage has went up, but don't notice that in my pay. Kroger is really treating me like crap and using me. Why is that? Should I print this out and go to the union or the CEO of Kroger Company, with it? What should I do here?
