Look in your contract book. Under my contract, deli, meat, produce, grocery, drug/gm, and customer service all make the same amount. Head meat cutters who were promoted before August 10, 2004 make 50 cents an hour more. After deli, produce, etc. comes head dairy and then frozen and scan coordinator.
Based on our sales, the current wages are
$20.00/hr. regular department head
$20.50/hr. head meat cutter (promoted before August 10, 2004)
Do you guys not have meat cutters and seafood leads?
If you're referring to the above message, head meat cutters and seafood leads make the same as other department heads unless you became a head meat cutter before August 10, 2004. In the Louisville division, the meat department is under the same contract as everyone else.
