All valid and reasonable reasons for doing so. You should do what you can to convince others at your store to do precisely the same and encourage others to spread the word. Make a stand and send a clear message.
Too bad a no vote now and any strike action does not have the impact of a March vote no and strike week before Easter to really hit Kroger hard. Union really failed on leverage.q
Unfortunately this Contract will pass, I can assure you that.
The majority of people who will be voting yes for this are going to be front end workers (a lot of them being young)... Their eyes are going to light up so bright when they see $9/hour initially. Time to head over to Walmart/Target/Any other retail job.
And the same stupid frontenders so wrapped up in their Facebook and Instagram they will light up now but don't even know Walmart has been at 10 bucks for 16 months now.?????
