No, I don't know.

But, from what I have seen, the nutrition clerk spends much time filling their milk and orange juice and eggs similar to the Dairy clerks.

Night grocery runs the nutrition products except ones that come in blue totes, frozen or Dairy.  Blue tote products can be tedious like Drug GM.  They must be rotated often or there will be a lot of out dates.

So, you clerks probably run the blue totes 3 or 4 times a week.

Fill eggs, milk, juice and frozen daily.

Order 3 or 4 times a week.

What is the weekly sales volume in your store?

I'm not sure what the weekly sales are but my manager said its the fastest growing department in our store. Thanks for the reply though, that helps.

Here's what you do in each department.

Produce: Put stuff on the shelf

Meat: Put stuff on the shelf

Dairy: Put stuff on the shelf

Frozen: Put stuff on the shelf

Grocery: Put stuff on the shelf

Drug/GM: Put stuff on the shelf

Do you see a pattern?  Deli and bakery are different because some of the stuff is prepared in-store.  There's more to it than just opening up a box and putting the contents on the shelf.  They also both have service counters.  Meat has a service counter too but it's not nearly as busy as the deli counter or even the bakery counter.
