In my area we have this customer first promise that replaced the cultural council. We have these little sticker boards where we are supposed to get awarded for good things but being stuck in express check out hell I rarely get them because the front end avoid it like the plague.
To me this just sounds like corporate recycling old ideas with fancy and worthless names. I have seen some of the customer service people with the sticker roll putting stickers on to their own badges it is all rigged anyway I am sure. Supposed to win prizes or something, I work in retail not in a game show.
Lol. It's cheating if whomever is in charge of those sticker things puts it on their or their buddies name. If you do a game like that out should be fair all around
