they will get rid of cutting meat in stores they will keep the service cases most of it comes in bags now anyway and just gets opened up and put in the service case.
really soon meat cutters will be gone from stores. we used to package chicken we used to cut pork we used to cut lamb we used to cut veal we used to make ground beef we used to fillet all the fish that came in and so on.
One of the reason so many folks prefer Kroger meat over Wal-Mart is the fresh cuts. Yes they are going to more and more packaged meat but cutters will be around for some time I think. AS soon as they start getting rid of those 80 grand meat wrappers maybe you can start worrying.
