disbelief I've been working at Kroger for almost a year and I hate I've paid unions dues for so long, I've no health through the company, the store I work at is filthy and nasty. The produce is never fresh the employees are lazy. I am tired of it !!!!?! The managers pay no attention to approved availability, the harassment is heavy from customers too. Eww I just don't know what to do the store over piles with re shop on weekends and there's never anyone there to complete shifts on weekend s. The store is messy it makes me have ANXIETY to the max making me come in very late to work. What am I to do

It's not the store it's the employees and the Union. Don't get me wrong the Union isn't all that bad. I just think they should stop backing up the ones who are lazy. Half the people at my Kroger wants to say they have a job, but doesn't want to do the work. Both Kroger and the Union need to grow some balls and get rid of the lazy ones, no matter how long they've worked there. You want to run a business properly you hire the ones that are willing to work and get rid of the ones who are ruining the comany.

You have to work for Kroger for a year or 1200 hours (which ever comes first) before you get Health Insurance. Check and see if your 1200 hours are in. I doubt it though cause in order to get the 1200 hours before the year, you must work thirty 40 hour weeks. There's 52 weeks in a year and you'll be one of the lucky ones if you got the thirty 40 hour weeks in your first year.
