I believe if Kroger drop mandatory drug test for new hirees, they might be able to attract better potential employees as I read a lot on this board how Kroger having trouble hiring good workers.
I know a lot of people in service industry that do smoke doobie on their time off, and they are very productive and good workers. But when looking for a new or better job, Kroger drug policy keep them off of apply for a job at Kroger.
It already is just an oral drug test which is much more lenient than most places. You could be the bigges pothead in the world and lay off the pot for a day before the oral drug test and still pass.
it's a really stupid drug test. they just mouth swab you when they interview you. i stopped smoking for about a week just to be safe, but i'm pretty sure you could pass with a smaller window than that.
