I am transferring to a new store fairly soon. I was curious if I would have to be re-drug tested.I'm still on the payroll, and not been terminated in anyway. I didn't want to ask my higher ups because I don't really want them to be concerned. Just a cannabis smoker.  It will be legal where I am going. But still curious. Any solid info helps.

I don't have an answer for whether or not you will be re-tested but I do know they will still terminate you if you fail a drug test, even if it's legal where you are.

i'd be safe and refrain for a day or 2 prior (granted you know the date of your transfer.)

I don't know.

But, our division uses mouth swab tests.  They can really only detect same-day use, and perhaps not reliably.

If you are feeling very bold, you might be able to get away with abstaining until after work.

If you want to be completely safe, just abstain until the transfer is complete.
