What is the attendance policy at Kroger ? Today I had a stomach virus that my kids had passed around to me a I called out. I have never called out before but managment insisted that I go see a doctor to have the absence excused because they needed crack down on attendance. He said when I came in we would have a talk about my time and attendance I'm so confused my supervisor didn't seem to have a problem With my absence but managment does ?
your manager is trying to give you the run around. i believe the rule here is 3 call ins without a doctor note within 90 days gets you a write up. hell, i've called off before because i simply didn't feel like going into work. you know why? i'm an adult! don't let kroger try to bully or intimidate you.
