No. It will not. You can attach an alternate ID on your Kroger card just as you can with any other Kroger card. This should not disable your employee discount. However, one time my Kroger card's employee discount got disabled for no reason which sometimes happens. If this ever happens, just take your card to the customer service center and have them fix it.
Yes. If you lost your card, tell someone at the service desk and they should be able to get you a new one and activate it with your Kroger employee ID.

No, it won't but I would suggest you use a different alternate ID because anyone who has your number can use it and use your fuel points. This has happened to me by friends and family.
