I did and I'm happy I did so. I now work at a maintenance company and can sit for half of my workday, self supervised. Why bust your ass for minimum wage when you can work something like that lol. That stupid union only served the few mafioso in the store that were the bosses of it. Waste of my paycheck i should have opted out. The store I worked at is closing now I hope all those *******s live under a bridge now for all I care lol.
Think this is funny too, if others would understand the plight of their fellow humans. I'm sure this person is also the individual that complains there is nothing on the shelf or lines are Deli/Checkout. If you would understand complaining means job un-satisfaction / trying to fix the problem. Remember Free Speech is what causes issues to be brought to the attention of others/higher powers to get resolved.
If you would read the posts, most are people wanting the work environment to change for the better, for the better of everyone!
Go get new jobs if Kroger isn't for you...don't come online complaining. No one asked you to apply at Kroger's. Freaking losers
Nobody wants to have to start from the beginning again. This is called "Why Kroger Sucks" for a reason. That reason is to complain about our work. I actually like that people get on here and let it out. I think it's a good way to release the stress and to see that you're not the only one dealing with bull****!!

Exactly!!! It's a release from our day-to-day stress! Every job has it's own form of bull****, by the way! You can't tell me that yours doesn't! There is always SOMETHING!
But, letting things out like this can be very cathartic, indeed! Plus, this web site has made me feel that I am not alone in my Kroger observations...The rest of you guys are all dealing the same sh**!
