Is there a place, or can someone show me a video I can watch, that I can learn all the basics and get a complete guide on how to do coupons? When a coupon scans and it gets accepted, no problem. Problems arise for me when I have the ones that don't scan, and I get confused when they have the limits and fine prints on the coupons.
I have watched managers fix my coupon mistakes in front of me, and for the life of me, I still cannot figure out what I did wrong because they don't explain it to me or don't have time to. It's getting embarrassing cause I've been here for a few months and still trumped.
Also, I had a customer come to my register and she had one of those save-x-amount-on-your-next-shopping-order catalina coupons. Actually they had like 4 $15 dollar ones. And they all scanned. But after the order was done, and I looked at them more closely, cause I'd never seen ones that are that high before, I saw that there was a fine print that says limit of 2 per household. And I'm like, oh crap.
Normally if a coupon doesn't accept it, it doesn't scan in, but these did with no problem. Am I gonna get in trouble for this?
