Nope, not like that at our store. But when you have a petty DH, they can leave you off the schedule at times. Which I still think should NEVER be the case. As it has happened to a former co-worker of mine. And she did go to the back up manager and had to ask what was going on. To which of course there was the whole, "oops, something didn't "save," right excuse.
They're probably just lazy. We make the schedule out 2 weeks in advance but get so busy and distracted that we forget to print it until the last minute. For example, I just realized I haven't printed next week's schedule out yet either even though it's been made. I'll go to the computer specifically for the schedule and get side tracked instantly. It happens.
Same, i admit i make my schedule two weeks out but don't print it when i make it because the store management has to approve it, then by the time Friday rolls around i forget to print it. In my last store, mgt always brought copies around on Fridays but in my current store they never do.
