I don't think you as an employee can personally order them. But the store managers have to. I know that at my store with so many folks coming and going so often, they tend to be slower on purchasing them as often though.
at my store they put an order form by the time clocks. they have a few posted at the moment for jackets and vests. i'd say look out for those, or if they don't have any, ask management.
