But I can't say anything because they didn't insult me or call me names. This is a floor supervisor.
I get that you don't want me to put that there. But do you have to yell across the floor at me, in front of all the cashiers, like I'm a little child. And then to top it all off, another ACSM says "come on, man, you should know better."
Yeah there is no reason for you to be yelled at. I tell the associates at my job that we are all adults, but you're not my parent. I do not come in to work to be yelled at like a child.
Saying you should "know better" is like an insult to your intelligence. Document and report it. If you record it use extreme caution as to not get caught doing so
i've had someone continually verbally harass me off and on for months now since being transferred to another store. Some days they're ok to deal with, other days (usually even changing personalities in the same day) their whole goal in life is to verbally attack anyone who stands in their way, usually me or their backup.
Of course, since all corporate cares about is numbers and saving money, this person is put on such a big pedestal, but everyone who's dealt with them knows different. one of these days i think it'll catch up with them. They will smart off to the wrong person and they'll find out.

And yet, we're living in a world where common decency is not respected anymore...And people can say and/or do anything they want with no fear of retribution or consequences...
If we demand integrity from CEO's, politicians and everyone with a high profile, we should equally demand it of ourselves and everyone else around us...
