Idiot today thought ALL the Simple Truth items were in ONE place-he claimed he couldn't find anything. Had to explain that the items are located all over the store and it depended on what he was looking for. This is the second time I had a customer who thought these items were all in one place.
Haven't experienced that so far. But did have one customer swear up and down that we sold him some organic ham before. And last I recalled that we never had anything like that other than the Simple Truth stuff already packaged on the sales floor. Which I showed him. And he was still so confused about it and was like where does it say it's organic etc. Which kind of blew my mind as they are forever advertising the Simple Truth stuff in my town on tv and the radio. So not sure where he was from to miss the memo on it. But he bought it though, lol.
Simple Truth Prepacked Ham? I think I remember seeing something about that. The problem is not all stores carry the same stuff, which causes customers to be confused and pissed off. I really think most stores should have the same product mix, just different facings determined by sales.
Simple Truth I think is getting too large and getting away from its original purpose! Simple Truth Toilet Paper? Simple Truth Detergent? Simple Truth Paper Towels? Yes, it might be free from the 101 additives...but where do we draw the line!!!!
