Wow that seems really wrong of Kroger, we have that happen every couple of months, the person usually catches it and Customer Service takes care of it! Was this the first time you've had a write-up or anything? I'd be on the phone with the union to be honest...

I would say there is more issues then just that going on, while running order together is bad, its not unexpected. Normally, running order together, not knowing what your doing, customer complaints......is the reason why suspensions happen....after talking/coaching for a while.

Is your store unionized? If so, how can management there suspend you before writing you up? There are supposed to be disciplinary steps involved.

That's happened to me as well. Running two together. Legally they can't suspend you. Call the union for the reprimand.

The second customer never returned to pay, I meet with my store manager and union rep tomorrow, what do you mean they cant legally suspend me.
