Last one was here a year and a half almost; ran the place into the ground. It's amazing the company even reassigned him when they did. Previous one was here about two years IIRC before he got promoted to a nicer store, guy before that was demoted but has been promoted again since then.
Depends. Some are gone within a year or two, others I've seen be at a store for 10 years. Ours has been there for about 7-8 but he's kind of been blackballed so this is his purgatory.
Depends. Some mangers several years. Others get promoted within six to twelve to twenty four months. Others quit to better job offers. I've noticed anyone remotely decent in an entery level position only lasts a few months before being promoted.
