Where it's your day off and you shouldn't be thinking about work at all. But instead, part of you cant wait to go back so you can fix your mistakes and perform better according to your standards?

I would always try to perform "Standards" but when then you have no one to perform the tasks and your already being pulled in 4 directions........it can wait !

Have a few moments like that. But then I think of all the times they tell me how grateful I should be for something they need to be doing in the first place. And then I'm reminded how glad I am doing things just fine my own way.

I once worked with a guy who had shot himself in the head. It left him with the worst case of OCD you've ever seen. He would come in on his days off and condition his departments. Crazy, man.

I was actually like that, but with all the changes you couldn't win even if you tried. How is ever program introduced and it eliminates hours? But yet the process really hasn't changed, its just a new name for something? Order Evolution, scan Lows and Holes, was the same as "Walking the Aisles" but yet hours were lost? Introduced Quevision and hours didn't change, Quevision and ELMS not aligned .....why? Doesn't one go with they other? Introduced Quevision and an average or 3 hours was added to FE hours it was said. Then 2 years later, Sales/Customer Count/Item Count up.......FE hours cut because of being more productive?
