How in the hell is this possible? Whos dick did they suck? What kind of d4ugs do they have access to? I mean really?

It happens when they have open availability. People with less seniority but open availability normally get more hours than those with restricted availability, regardless of seniority. If you have seniority and open availability and someone under you with less seniority gets more hours then things are not right.

   I have open availability, all day everyday! There's something else going on. I'm also near my phone if they needed to call someone in.

Bump, I would make them understand your open availability and would leave any task, then they can not argue your not able to do something.

Take the hours from them. Make the lesser seniority people give them up. If they dont like it, though s h i t. They deal with it. Or go elsewhere. Sorry (not really), about sounding like that, it we have a similar thing going on at our store as well. If you are union, talk to the union. Make management aware. (Maybe they are not aware of seniority?)
