Clicklist Supervisors

Who does the interviews for the position? I heard different things. Is it the District HR manager? The field specialist?(basically the clicklist coordinator) Or does the store manager of that store  just pick who they want?

in my division in order for a store to keep a supervisor it must have at least 250 orders a week. Im looking at several stores in my district who have just started the remodeling process for a Clicklist area and I know they have the sales for it. So I want to start prepping myself and throw my name in the ring if that makes sense. Ill probably just email the district HR manager. They usually post the openings... but for the most part all the supervisors I know worked at the same store, except they were ASPs/leads before getting promoted.

Your District HR Coordinator would do the interview and the Clicklist Field Specialist/Store Manager might also be in the interview just to get a feel for you. In reality, Clicklist Supervisors have issues at stores unless all the senior associates transfer into the department. I see Clicklist in its form evolving in the next few years, its too labor intensive. The Robots, The Robots are coming..

I'm going for it here and have started a major remodel that includes clicklist. I've heard various answers. However, the SM made it clear to me that it really was his decision but the district HR manager will need to meet with applicants.
