FES needs to show up for work now and then.  First store I've worked at where he does less work than the cashiers and is out more than a part timer.  I've lost total respect for him as a supervisor.  He's never there for you when you need help.  You often have to call a manager to get assistance and when you do he gets irate because you over stepped his authority.  Nips at cashiers and rudely grumbles under his breath to you in whispers regarding his pet peeves.  Does not offer assistance to those that need it.  Nips rudely and rudely coaches people not to call for back up cashier relief.  Then nips at us when we do not call for cashier relief.  Has on more than one occasion displayed mild racism towards certain coworkers.  Displays extreme favoritism towards certain customers and allows them to bend the company rules.  I'm sorry but if you bend the rules for one then you need to bend it for all.  He is generally not present when real work needs to be done.  Spends a fair amount of his shift sitting in the electric scooter, leaning against the podium or chatting to coworkers.  Yet when we do it we get coached but when he does it he doesn't get coached.  I'm sorry but that's garbage.  He does very little true work in a shift.  I see him maybe do 3-4 till audits a day.  Otherwise he's doing what I said above.  Sorry customers but this is what I work with.  He has no managerial skills and I can see why he hasn't been promoted.  Any other store would have kicked him out of this position by now?  How did he even get it?  I bet it's social engineering.

Any one else's fes do this?  Or is it because we work at a store where they let too much slide?
