I used to get along with a co-manager just fine. Then they started to treat me like dirt. They called me up to discuss a few times where I messed up, usually minor things, and I would own up to it if I was at fault. Get a warning and go back to work. However they would bully me and bark at me but be all nice-nice to everyone else in my department. By the way I'm on front end/bagger. I get along with everyone else except this one person and I never did anything to get on their bad side. Has anyone else had this problem? If so what was done about it?

You've been there for a m i n u t e now. Prolly time you move on, bro. Let this be a vision of your future---only one where you've aged yourself out of the competitive market and now you're stuck with sh!t jobs like this.
The syntax of your posts suggest you're smarter than that. Believe that in yourself and move on.
I'm not their favorite. But as for the rest of what you said, that's how I go with the flow. And yet when they start their crap with me it's like, "OK, so this is how the day is going to be."
