I work for ralphs. We have had managers fired or demoted.

Here's the deal... If you cant stand someone in the store, grab receipts and have you friend or neighbor do a not satisfied. That will get that person in trouble but also the manager. Oh well...

Also I give 10 bag credits or 50 points to a customer up front if they give us all highly satisfied and then if the customer gives me a shout out, I get a free lunch. I haven't paid for a lunch in a long time.

I used to work in Malibu and we were #1 in the company. Is the company this stupid as to think we are on the up and up?

The high school students love the free fuel points and we enjoyed the free lunch.+

But dont piss us off or there will be not be a good survey.

OSAT is such BS

I now work in the San Fernando Valley, closer t home and the customers are *******s. Manager is a jerk.

The DM is a jerk too.

Yes....  Be sure when doing surveys at home to either get a lunch free, be sure to change your IP address. Go next door to a friends computer, library. Do not use your cell phone to do this. Only a PC

When Que Vision was installed in my store about 10 years ago, I asked one of the techs how to beat the system.

He told me to be sure to turn on the fly fans at the stores entrance as to cool the air flow which messes up the heat sensor. He also said to point all A/C vents on the frontend toward the ceiling instead on down as to cool the sensors also. Inside the sensor he showed me a few connections. One was to show we have the ckstand open, and the other was to the heat sensor itself. If the heat sensor is unplugged, you can have 10 people in line and the monitor thinks you don't have a line. Guess what. I have been in my store for 12 years and since the center checkstand is always open, that sensor has been disconnected for years. Been through 3 remodels and I just have to get a tall ladder, when we are closed at night. I told the night crew guy the boss wanted me to clean the A/C vent!!!!

Wrong! QueVision knows how many registers are open based on a cashier being logged in on the terminal, not from the heat sensors. Try again...
