It just keeps getting worse in every way. Wondering when do your schedules get postedposted. For us it can sometimes be less then 24 hours in advance ie Friday pm and for overnighters that come in after midnight this means you have to make a trip to the store because website is always down to see if you work Sun morning this is not right. In our district schedules use to be posted mondays or tuesdays.
They can be altered a week in advance by Saturday at noon. I will text the change to the person.
First, see if the union can clarify your question.
Solution:
Make friends with someone that works during the day time. Have them send you a pic of your schedule when it gets posted.
The posted schedule at the store is the official schedule. Great people schedule is not a reliable schedule even if the site was working.
Or, call the store manager when the schedule is posted and ask when your first shift of the week is. Customer service doesn't have time to relay schedules..
