using kronos, if you clock in at the end of 37 minutes, is that the same as a 30-minute lunch? or what.

i mean you lost 7 minutes of pay and your manager will probably notice/let you know to be more time conscious but i don't think it really matters in the grand scheme of things.

 wrong.  you don't lose pay until 8 minutes over.  Then it's done in 15 minute intervals (38 minute lunch equates to a 45 minute lunch...you should've just stayed clocked out until the extra 15 minutes was up because they're already going to dock your pay for 15 minutes once you hit that 8 minutes over mark).  I'm assuming no other divisions use a "7 minutes of pay"   I've never heard of such a thing.
