I'm not burning any bridges. I'm giving more notice than our last 4 co-managers who up and walked out gave.

I'm getting out of retail to keep my soul. My new job is offering what HT pays dept manager trainees, but a normal 9-5 M-Fri schedule, better benefits, and no district manager demanding everyone work midnight to noon because the VP of Nametag Optimization might be in town.
