Having a romantic relationship with someone you have direct supervision over is against company policy. If you want to get them in trouble then that's what you report them for. Be careful of retaliation and pick your battles wisely.

Unless there is preferential treatment going on that's directly negatively impacting you I'd stay out of it.

At some point it's gonna get exposed anyway (almost always does) and someone is gonna get moved to another department/store/fired depending on how well the person is liked by management and district HR.

I'm going to actually be nice and give you an answer. At the store I work at, the manager had to transfer stores when they found out about her loving the produce guy LOL. If it's not directly affecting you though, like someone else said, choose your battles wisely. Hope this helps.

They told us in training it was against Kroger policy for a superior to date someone they supervise. As to supervisors dating someone not in their direct line we were told it could set either party up for a sexual harassment charge and one would have to transfer out of the store if they wanted to continue the relationship

This is stupid to date someone you work with. How it's possible not to hate each other when you see your partner 24/7 every day? I would go crazy. As for me it's better to go on https://99brides.com/ and start messaging foreign girls in hope to have a good relationships.
