Back in April of 2017, I fell for a Western Union Fraud scam. As soon as I realized what happen, I went straight to my manager and told her everything that happen and all that I knew. Everyday we signed our daily logs stating that we are not suppose to take a call from Western Union. After speaking to the cops about the whole thing I didn't hear anything about what was going to happen to my job. After 3 days of working I though they must have figured it out and was going to let me keep my job, but on the last hour on the 3ed day of that shift I had I got pulled in to the office and told I was Indefinitely Suspended. At the time I had been looking for a job that also paid more and was going to put the 2 weeks in. Now 2 years later I got laid off and kinda miss my Kroger job. I was wondering if there was anything I could do about getting my suspension removed.
Just reapply and see what happens....just indicate what happened. Depending on the staffing levels, they may overlook things. I would suggest applying for a position off the FE.
