I'm not sure who the current mods are but they are doing a good job monitoring this site. Three months ago any thing went and unethical posts did not get deleted.

it was roughly 3 people. The first two gave up pretty quickly after their home IP stopped working but the final person just kept getting proxy services. I had to block their home, phone, and roughly the entire IP range of 7 hosting services until they gave up. They kept screwing up. They would post "IP ban FAIL" to the board so I'd delete their post followed quickly by banning the entire network making it useless and forcing them to get a new program. I don't think they realize that that information is publicly available.
If I combine all the times they tried to access the board from their home, phone and proxy services while banned is almost 500 times. Trolling here was their addiction.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! This confirmed my suspicions that only a very, very small number of people was doing all that trolling. And I honestly feel that they have some Serious mental health problems. Hopefully they will get some kind of help.

you cant banned a entire program. Thats not how it works. Vpns give endless ips not to mention if they have a dynamic ip

I didn't ban the services directly but every IP in their hosting range. Each proxy hosting service buys access to a subset of addresses from a backbone provider that are then allocated to them and distributed throughout their network. While hosts can, and sometimes do, buy access to different subsets for different countries it's not very common or cost effective. It's by no means endless nor dynamic, especially on the public internet.
