Company waists money on these **** programs. When in reality they need to fix issues at the ground level. Like better staffing, better pay and more long term employees rather than trying to shift the job to a crap minimum wage job.
I agree. Even our customers have abandoned the "feed the human spirit crap." At my store they usually ask why doesn't management hire more staff rather than make us run 10 million different directions at one time, blindfolded on hot coals, with an "extended" time limit of 5 minutes to get the hundreds of things done at one time. They even say we need a significant pay raise for ALL depts and classifications. Maybe if they woke up and gave us that then we'd feed the human spirit. Until then....

I've never understood what the phrase "feeding the human spirit" even means.Does it have to do with making someone happy or is it some idiotic religious b.s. pushing the christian imaginary magic man in the sky agenda.Other than seeing the phrase on some posters in the break room nobody ever mentions it and the managers have never clarified what it means in the first place.
