They speed thru our parking lot like there is no tomorrow. Several of us and several of our customers almost have got hit. Has it happened in your store and did the person injured sue and how did Kroger handle the incident? Were police called?
Work place safety is the responsibility of the employer. If it gets really bad you could sue them.
