Yes - they are finally admitting stores are understaffed and have a plan to incentive's their skeleton crew, half dead workers..(at least to some extent..) The DM and others have been blaming stores for not meeting "Standards" (OF A FULLY STAFFED STORE) for years- Now he and our other superiors are finally admitting what the rest of us were complaining about in Nashville for years..
Not sure on all the details yet - but if your in Nashville you should know soon.. You were already working for this boost (70-80 hour weeks..) - maybe they should pay back pay.. They might expect 100 hours per week now - who knows..
About freaking time, getting very tired of trying, knowing the deck is stacked against you
Sadly I'm hearing the pay raise is only for new hires - not already hired ppl. Bonuses I "think" are only for dept heads (It's like 600 bucks for Christmas)
A whole lot of ppl in between are going to be happy I'm sure since they will be getting nothing.

It's def stacked - you can't meet a fully staffed store standard with half the help. But we are always told "It's not staffing" (because they still want 1 person to do the work of 3 and get it done). They lie of course.
