Yes, I guess all the Cincy/Dayton people got lazy, after years of being told to "own" your Stores/Departments, then told to "follow the plan" or else. I can't count how many times you were told to follow the forecast, "Trust the plan", to be screamed at you didn't react to what you knew would happen, "But I was told to trust the forecast".
Something others outside of the Cincy/Dayton Div. don't understand is there are stores basically 5 mins from each other, and most stores doing 1.5-2 the average store sales from other Divisions. With 25-30% of stores doing 1m+ a week, most stores don't have any downtime to recharge. I will not mention, every year they have eliminate 5% from ELMS....

I looked at the post incorrectly, I bet your right, its him. When the introduced D6 in 2017, they basically said all Cincy/Dayton people were incompetent. Now the original D6 people have taken over alot of the higher level Division positions.
File an ethics report. I've done it before for people being an @$$ hole. It changed their behavioral pattern quickly. Our fes was sort of a d-i-c-k so I filed some against him and in 8 months his behavior was better. He did some really unprofessional attitudes. His most famous one is "Bug off I'm assisting another customer." So you contact the manager then he's a b-it-ch about it because you called a manager instead of him.
Yeah, he's a douchebag who needs to take himself back to Cali... when he was in his old role in D1 i'm pretty sure he hated me, but he treated all of us like crap.
I was part of the d6 pilot before I quit with a folder full of food safety and ethic violations.
These "people" from out west came here and one of the first thing I was told was to discontinue goetta. I ****ing laughed my ass off and said no.
They treated me subhuman. I'm better now. A year after I quit they unironically tried to call me in to work.
I thought I saw ego with corporate. These "things" from out west are guilt free punching bags walking around in public. Throw a few punches and leave knowing you did some good. Wish I would have.
