Dear fellow coworkers please bathe more than when your schedule allows it. We can tell when you skip a shower and you cover it up with clone or perfume. It's nasty. One odor to cover up another odor. For the love of god don't use grapefruit perfume it just increases the nastiness.
Basically, it's a "$10 dollars off of your total grocery order" coupon. There is also 'fine print" saying that you really should use the entire amount of the coupon in one transaction.
So, I would put it this way: Buy at least 10.00 worth of stuff. If you buy stuff that totals $12.27 (for an example) you scan the coupon, then pay 2.27 with cash or card.
