I think an associate choice store is a non union store. The Marketplaces and some of the concepts Kroger buys and turns into Kroger stores aren't automatically union stores. Not for sure how that all works.
This is associate choice store all new stores opened as nonunion and employees were offered a package that all managers get ie health,401,stock options. 3 weeks vacation after 5 years and so on.
