Call the human resources for your district and ask for a copy. Every employee should receive one when they are hired and usually sign the back page to affirm they understand the rules.
The employee handbook is separate from the union contract. I don't have a copy of our current contract.

The employee handbook and union handbook/contract are different.
The store secretary should be able to print out the employee handbook in some format or another depending on their level of incompetence. My store secretary printed it out for me as a single sided version of a double sided four page per sheet document. Each sheet is one page from the front of the handbook and one from the back. Nice.
The union handbook/contract is basically secret. Neither the store nor the union want you to know your rights.
