Im from a Kroger store in indianapolis and I was wondering how I can find out what stores are in the same districts. I was told if I move to a store out of my district I would lose my seniority?
You might be able to get a list from a coordinator. Here, it is possible to lose pay rate if the new store is under a different contract. If I transfer to a store 100 miles away in the same state, I would be under a different contract.
Ask your union rep if you lose your seniority by transferring.
Goto feed.kroger.com. Log in and enter "district alignment" in search box. It should give you a clear list for your area.
