It there anybody else not getting dependent Healthcare Insurance coverage deductions on their paycheck?
I have been asking around my store and there seems to be a whole bunch of people NOT having this deduction on their paycheck. Does anybody know what is going on?
Will our dependents get the coverage that the Union contract mandates for this year? Nobody in management seems to know what is going on and still trying to get a hold of the Union.
Does anybody know of good resources to contact about this problem?
Well, I guess I would be surprised but it "is" Kroger. So, taking money out and no one has sent me any information, any insurance card or anything. Now I don't even know how much i'm supposed to be paying and why they're taking so much out of my paycheck. Can't even access the website I signed up on because it gives some error.
So, now they have taken $25 x 2 out of my check again this week.

So I called and the guy said my plan was supposed to be $10 a week.
Then he asked if I had my bio screening last year in Sept. I told him no, because I did not have health insurance last year because I was ineligible due to not enough hours worked. So, he tells me I have to pay $25 a week instead of $10. And I asked how to do my bio screening and he said I can't. They are going to take out $25 a week, every week, all year. Still don't know why or for how long they will be taking $50 per week. Then I asked to cancel my plan and he says I can't lmao. What a joke. Kroger is no end of idiocy and illogic. I already can't pay my bills and now this.
