Does anyone know what "HLTH COPAY ARR" is? I checked my paystub on Express HR and I saw that along with "Health Copay". Looks like I paid twice. no

The ARR probably stands for arrears.  Did you miss some payments or did they fail to deduct some?

 Not that I'm aware of...I have direct deposit set up. I never seen this before. I've been with Kroger for about 5 years.

It does sound like arrears. Meaning they screwed up taking the correct payment, and are making you pay the rest. I would look into it to be sure.
