Can anyone please explain to me how to do cap at Starbucks? Ive never used cap, I know what its for and why...but I have no idea how to even begin doing it
You mean for the pastry pull? On the scan gun CAP is under inventory management (I think). You scan the barcode from your pastry order sheet for each pastry kind you intend to pull, put in the quantity. Push F2 to update the quantity then f5 to save.
