I pretty much dont give a damn about anything at Kroger except the pay check they give me every week.
Thats a great attitude and no im not being sarcastic. Thats all i give a **** about as well. There have been times customers accidently **** on the floor i didnt bother to tell anyone i just left the mess there. some one will eventually see it soon anyway and they can deal with it

I hate kroji's also. PayPal is starting something similar. All the smiley faces. There is a button you click labeled "Join Honey" I mean really? Come on PayPal noone wants to see a bunch of smiley faces on a bank website unless you are gonna deposit a large amount of money in their account.

Not necessarily. One time at my store someone sh*t a nugget on the floor and someone kicked it aside. There it sat until it hardened then someone swept it up. ALL the courtesy clerks and everyone else got a HUGE chewing out in that one.

Get on my level. Kroger sells the devils juice, alcohol.
It also sells contraception. A spit in the face of God.
You can have as many kids as you want but you cant make other people have kids. People have a right to use contraception if they dont want or it would be bad for them to have kids some people cant afford kids. Plus, its sometimes used for other medical purposes.
I'm tired of customers taking advantage of courtesy programs that are met for a one time "Okay we'll make it right." Customers at my store abuse it to the point of scamming. I've been told by my managers I am no longer to make things right for several customers due to the fact my store has lost several hundred dollars on them in the past few months. There's a few I need to ask about.
I'm tired of customers haggling and bargaining prices until they only half to pay half the bill when it's due. It's wrong and Kroger is not a flea market for bargaining. If our tags are out of date we'll make it right or a digital coupon here or there we'll make it right but that's about it.
I'm tired of people taking it out on the cashiers just because they've had a s-h-i-t-t-y day. Then egging us on about how there's no c.c. at the end to bag and they get pissy about having to wait.
Welcome to the wonderful world of minimum wage where you'll probably not see a pay raise for 8 years and that's if you get a full 40.
If you don't have 3+ years seniority forget about getting enough hours for a livable paycheck.
Promotional opportunities go to the dumb and stupid and favorites.
Hard workers = punished. Lazy workers and incompetent employees = promotional opportunities that turn into your managers or leads.
I'm tired of people using my locker to toss out their garbage in the restroom because people can't figure out that the trash can is right the f* next to it.
I'm tired of doing double job duty when the other department member isn't even there half his shift and goofing off in the parking lot on his phone.
