Okay so I need feedback. On my break I decided to go out to my parked car to shoot up on some crystal meth. Halfway through my smoke break my fat pork pig manager bangs on my window and says Get the **** out of this spot if youre gonna do that ****! Granted I was parked in front of the store where the employees and handicapped park, and since Im a handcipcapped employee I find this to be bad customer service. I call to file a restraining order on my manager, but by the time the police get there a she alreadt finished her shift and went home.
The next day Im getting ****ing tired of crabby ass customers and their foul ways, and the mananger was harping on my ass too. Granted its summer our so the sliding doors that lead outside are left open to get some fresh air in the store. Since my register is near the doors and the customers are annoying the **** out of me I pull out my pipe and am getting ready to fill it with crystal, but my manager sees and takes the pipe out of my hand and locks it up in the office. I feel that shes stolen a possession of mine. Shes taken **** from me in the past before, and I wouldnt be surprised if she goes hike and sells it. I got that pipe fresh from my dealer for a mint.
Ike I said, bad customer service if you ask me. Do I have the legal obligation to sue my store? I work cashiering but sometimes I do frozen food stocking and I sometimes put floral arrangements together and decorate the wedding cakes with pretty flowers when theyre short on staff. Is there a sheet I can fill out to properly call a lawyer. This is slander.

And she said that my manager was very disrespectful and that she can help me out. I offered up my method of poayment and she said tat would be fine. What a nice young lady she is. You can do what ever drugs you want off the clock but if you have some sort of work related injury say for example a sprain, a trip and fall, become verbally abusive or physically dangerous, management can drug test you. This company does not do surprise drug inspections or twice a year inspections but hey there's always a first. They must have some legal recourse to drug test you though. If they suspect I believe they can test you but you also have rights. Legally you have the right to refuse. If you say "No." legally they can not drug test you. You can use your winegarten rights if they insist and do not let them test you until a union rep is present and can explain the situation. Then decide yes or no from there.
If they find drugs in you they can fire you on the spot as this is a drug free environment. The only exception is say for example a dr's note for marijuana or drugs to assist an individual in medical needs with dr's note. Even though it's legal in my state if you are tested positive for drugs i.e. marijuana they can fire you for being on drugs on the clock. Same with coming to work drunk too many times.

I have a very dark, sarcastic sense of humor and God knows I'm not above trolling on occasion, But as a Kroger associate, I find this thread rather embarrassing (yes, even more embarrassing than being a Kroger associate). Here's why: Kroger already has the mindset that we're all a bunch of lying, thieving, lazy, stupid, lowlife degenerates, why give them proof that they're right?! Aren't any of you embarrassed by the possibility that someone in management or corporate has/will read this thread?
